2024年1月19日 · I have a friend who has a problem with receiving emails in Outlook 2021. Whenever he goes into Outlook 2021 to collect his email it asks him for a Password. Then it wants confirmation that it's him, and sends an SMS to his phone. BUT IT NEVER ARRIVES!!!!! I suspect he may have input the wrong mobile phone number when he set up his account.

Last week there was an update to my Samsung S10. That update has lost a lot of my contacts in Messages, the SMS app. This is a real pain. I had thought that there was some relationship between the Contacts in Outlook and what's on my phone. I have Office 365. So, I had thought that this couldn't happen.

I signed in again, got the code on my other recovery email address and after that I have to send myself an SMS code. Filling in my phone number keeps giving me the notification that Microsoft can't send an SMS to that phone number (or any other phone number I try).
