2012年3月9日 · I was raised up on fried Gizards and Chicken liver, pork jowl, but its hard to find places that cook it, and then cook it good. Lamberts I guess is about the only place I have seen that does it good. I ordered the fried chicken livers the other night from Cracker Barrel and oh boy, not good. Flour was like a hard crust of some sort.
