Conceptualised by Ajaz Sheikh and Chef Michael Hoepfl, Rōhen restaurant is the beating heart of the club. Menus are informed by the Nikkei concept – a fusion between the precision of Japanese techniques and Peru’s punchy flavours – as epitomised by dishes such as miso soup with palm hearts and freshly rolled sushi with spicy dipping sauce.

Regulars can enjoy everything from comfortable lounges to three excellent restaurants, alongside a curated programme of stimulating talks, gatherings and one-off live performances. Situated in the prestigious ICD Brookfield Place at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the club has an impressive pedigree.
