There are several ways that you can determine the availability of an item at your local warehouse: Visit the membership counter at your local Costco in person. Call your local warehouse and choose the phone menu option for Membership.

To get product pricing info, please stop by your nearest Costco warehouse and inquire with a staff member who’ll be happy to assist you. As a matter of company policy, Costco doesn’t advertise or quote product pricing for our warehouse locations over the phone or online.

Desktop or Laptop Computer: Head to Costco.com. You can click the blue “Feedback” tab on the right side of the screen. Costco Mobile App: Apple Device: Tap the “More” button, then select “App Feedback.” Android Device: Open the main menu and select “Feedback.”

For the hours of our warehouse services, such as gas station, pharmacy, optical department, etc., find your desired warehouse location and select the Store Details section. Any service with only a phone number has the same hours as the warehouse.

As you may already know, not all products sold on Costco.com are available at your local Costco warehouse. Also, products sold online may have different pricing than the same products sold at your local Costco warehouse.

Please keep in mind that the items available online are unique to Costco.com and may not be carried in your neighborhood Costco warehouse.
