2019年3月5日 · DV6: blinking blue battery led or no led illumination at all. Replaced the battery - twice. Once with OEM, once with aftermarket. Same issue. Replaced the charger with OEM. Same problem. Dyson is just a crappy brand with crappy product.

2019年9月6日 · Hi, my Dyson v8 is not working. At first I thought it was a battery, but when I press the power button, the 3 blue lights come on (not just one - a weak battery indicator). But the cleaner doesn't work. Anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks. - Dyson v8

The device will take up to 5 hours to charge fully. A blue and red light flashing indicates that the device is not charging properly. Make sure that the device is clicked in properly to the docking station or fully plugged in to the charging cable and power outlet. A red light indicates that the device is not charging.

2022年1月9日 · I have the same problem, V7 will stop and refuses to start, blinks 10 times blue. To reset , connect charger for just 2 seconds, then it works again, for a short time The batteries are fully charged, Have tried to open the battery box, all cells have 4Volts charge. I have not measured voltage drop when working...

2024年5月28日 · Have a Dyson V7. I replaced the battery a couple of months ago. It was working fine. About a week ago, when I plug it in the light blinks blue for about 1 minute then stops. The battery never charges. I replaced the charger and plugged it in directly (no dock), same blinking blue light. Any ideas what to try next or is the whole thing shot?

2022年1月9日 · Hi - I have a Dyson Animal V6 (or V7) that now will run for a few seconds, then turn off and the light will blink orange/amber for anywhere from 10 to 18 times. Curious if anyone has an idea why, and how I can fix it. Thanks.

2022年9月24日 · We'll be in the middle of wlusing it and suddenly, it cuts off and the light blinks. Putting it back in the charger for a few seconds makes the issue go away. After about 10 minutes use it'll do it again. This has lead me to believe it's the battery. Figured I'd ask here if anyone has experienced this issue and if so, what the problem/fix is.
