Jun 28, 2009 · Which trowell to put the adhesive on the floor? Depending on the size of the tiles from Mosaic>large format your gauge will vary. However if you use a standard 8mm trowell and flat butter the back of the tile, to give a solid bed fix, you will in essence be applying 10+mm to the adhesive thickness! Timeless John.

Sep 18, 2012 · BAL C2TE wall & floor will give you about 5 hour pot life. Use an SBR primer on your subfloor before application. Dilute about 3-1 to seal your floor. 900 x 600 is a big tile to be working with. An extra pair of hands will be needed to work with that size. 600 x 400 is a good bit more manageable.
