2017年3月6日 · My Surface Pro 4 screen started flickering three days ago. Yesterday it started ghosting. Latent images of the full screen are remaining in the background. A thin horizontal line appears at the top of the screen when this happens. The computer is under a year old.

It might seem ridiculous, but according to 2 other people, and myself, this has worked. Please continue at your own risk. What we are going to go is make your time at the bottom right show with the seconds displayed. Somehow, this works.
