Easy Oven-Dried Fruit

I stock up on dried fruit, in bulk. How do I store dehydrated fruits? I divide the large bag into smaller portions that I vacuum seal. Then I store those smaller, sealed bags in a storage bucket in my root cellar, with a sealed, twist-off lid.
