AMD Ryzen 5 8600G vs Ryzen 5 5600G: Which is the better gaming APU?

Given this review and benchmarks for the Ryzen 5 5600G, can it be used to play games and stream it decently? I'm having a hard time figuring out if it's good enough for me who has very little budget for a gaming streaming PC. Thanks if you can enlighten me.
