@tornado_outbreak2 on Instagram: "Terrifying footage of the Moore, Oklahoma F5 tornado on May 3, 1999. This tornado had the strongest winds ever recorded at 302 mph. This tornado prompted the first ever Tornado Emergency. Sadly, 36 people were killed. No one knew 14 years later another devastating EF5 would strike Moore.
