If you’re using the cups only on yourself (I mean not professionally), you can simply wash the cups with warm soapy water. Once they’re clean, let them air dry on a clean surface (a clean towel for example) or dry them with a lint free cloth. From time to time, you can disinfect your cups with Milton sterilising tablets (these tablets are to sterilised baby bottles). Simple but easy to forget :) | The Facial Cupping Expert
