Healthy Sandwich Ideas for Lunch

Here’s a quick and easy lunch idea using leftover items from last nights dinner: In the first section of our stackable lunchbox, we have rice pilaf with marinated & grilled chicken. I included extra sauce that I heated to a boil that way everything will stay hot longer!
