The most common reason for this shoulder blade pain is due to rounded poor posture! Since everything we do is in front of us of us, the anterior shoulder and pecs are tight, which pulls the shoulder forward into rounded poor posture! This causes the shoulder blade area to be overly stretched which causes pain.This stretch retracts the whole scapula/ shoulder blade back which gives relief to the soft tissue around this area!
